This policy explains what information this website, clavesiq.com, collects and how it's used. It covers this website only. It does not cover data handled by ClavesIQ during a client engagement — those terms are agreed separately in the applicable contract, and may include a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or Business Associate Agreement (BAA) where relevant.
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, work email, company, role, the area you're interested in, and any message you write. There is no other form on this site.
Do not submit PHI, patient data, passwords, credentials, or other confidential or regulated information through the contact form. It's intended for initial outreach only.
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is sent directly to ClavesIQ's email via AWS infrastructure (Amazon API Gateway and Amazon SES) and is not used for marketing, resold, or shared with third parties.
This site does load web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving font files over the web. No other third-party service is used.
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of business correspondence.
